Emotional Intelligence (EI or EQ) is the is the ability to be aware of and how to manage emotions and relationships. It’s a pivotal factor in personal and professional success. This project will build Emotional Intelligence knowledge and skills for all participants and help them gain greater understanding of their own self-awareness and self-management -especially in the organizational context.
