Group Problem Solving Skills
Project:
Research has shown that practical problem-solving skills and group dynamic navigation have had little to no training. However, managers are frequently faced with constant problem-solving and decision-making, requiring them to take action for their teams. Now that we are facing more and more teams going virtual, the ability to solve problems as part of a group has become a necessary component in managing teams and in project management. Participants in this course will learn real-life problem-solving skills with integrated theory and experiential practice.
