The Supervisory Role  

Project:

A supervisor’s primary function is to understand, communicate and execute organizational needs. The supervisor is also charged with tracking employee performance, provision of support and guidance and identifying areas of improvement. Supervisors in this course will understand the reciprocal relationship between their staff and meeting the needs of the organization to ensure maximum success.
