Planning Skills for the Working Supervisor
Project:
The primary functions of managers and supervisors is to both plan and organize. This requires managers and supervisors to have solid planning skills. This training session will guide participants on how to become more efficient with their planning approaches, develop and refine their organization skills and identify key mechanisms on how to create effective strategies for goal achievement and employee engagement and buy in.
