What is the B.U.I.L.D Academy ?

BUILD Academy is CA-MBA’s flagship cohort-based business education program. Every cohort is custom-made to fit the needs of the small business owners in the room—so the learning is practical, relevant, and immediately usable.

Two Cohort Options

6-WEEK INCUBATOR

For early-stage businesses that need the fundamentals, structure, and clarity to build a strong foundation.

8-WEEK ACCELERATOR

For established businesses ready to tighten operations, strengthen leadership, and pursue growth opportunities.

Program Notes

Both the 6-week Incubator and 8-week Accelerator include one dedicated session focused on business advocacy—helping small businesses understand how policy and decision-making impacts day-to-day operations, and how to show up effectively with a solutions-forward voice.

Cohort timing, eligibility, and the exact curriculum are customized based on cohort needs. We run a minimum of one cohort per quarter. Request cohort info and we’ll respond with the next start date, requirements, and how to apply.
