Performance Expectations

Defining and setting performance expectations is one of the more difficult jobs assigned to managers and supervisors. Few receive proper training on how to assess performance, drive employee success and maintain healthy employee relations overall. Creating a two-way street in gaining mutual understanding of what is expected from employees whilst building open roads for communication creates a solid basis for effective performance management. This project will build on skills for creating effective communication, developing performance expectations for specific job roles and practicing active listening skills.

After successfully completing this project participants will be able to:

  • Knowledge of assessing performance and measurements

  • Create sources of accountability and objective setting

  • Learning how to define successful performance

  • Develop stronger communication skills

  • Target  over 1,500 business owners

  • Target 3.2 million employees
