Interpersonal skills and higher levels of self-awareness are proving to be crucial factors for success in the workplace. The ability to self-regulate, effectively communicate, and effective relationship building create greater levels of healthy organizational culture and employee performance and engagement. This project is designed to weave in aspects of interpersonal skill building and foundational concepts of emotional intelligence to create successful individual employees.
